Eat Slowly and Drink Water Before, During and After. Also, sometimes Thirst is mistaken for Hunger if you don't have enough water. You could also eat a little amount each time you eat and eat more often. That way you are eating a lot more often but you aren't actually eating more food.

No one ever said this was going to be easy but you need to find the right foods that you enjoy eating and that are healthy for you. As for exercise, there are TONS of options that don't require a gym and that are actually fun (Zumba, 30DS, Kickboxing, Walking, Hiking, Biking)

Do you have regular periods? Sometimes periods can just pop up early :sad: I've gotten cramps from them like a week before I actually got it :noway:

I'm 5f5 and aiming for around 125. People say 145 is a good weight but that's about what I am and I am not fit.

13 but it was a crappy phone that was made basically just in case I had to call one of my parents while at school or something. I'm 22 now and I can't even tell you how many phones I've gone through..

Well you know what I'll say first. If someone can't love you because of your weight, then their not worth loving. I've been with my boyfriend for over 3 years.
