I doubt I could ever completely switch but it's a goal. I've done some researched and saw really good benefits of it not only weight and health wise but for your skin and energy too. I'll def be adding more raw foods into my diet to try it out. If it's successful I'll let everyone know! =)

I suggest going to a local wholesale store like costco or bjs to get your fruits and veggies, But only if you feel that you can finish them. Another smart idea is to buy the frozen fruits and veggies too. They will keep for a long time and normally aren't too expensive. I hope this helps! Good luck!
