slim in 6 or hip hp abs are great for toning, or pilates, or even just using a yoga ball or resistance bands will help :)

you can click on food and my recipes and add new recipe. then just add your serving size and add ingredients. I do it all the time on this website :)

check your water intake, maybe you're retaining. just keep it up. it took me 70 days to lose 3 pounds cuz I wasn't eating eough net calories :( I'm still trying tho! keep it up girl!!!

I thought that too at first and unfortunately it took me months of plateau to realize that I wasn't eating enough. I thought that it didn't make sense to eat back what I just burned off. but you need to give your body enough fuel to burn so it doesn't store it. it may seem weird but it really does work.

oh you will be able to do both! :) just try to make sure your net calories equal close to your 1400 goal :)

your net calories should = your goal calories it says to consume, because you naturally burn calories and then exercise them off, your body is really only taking in what your net calories equal to. for women, it's not healthy to go under 1200 net calories a day. you will still lose weight. and if you are under you calorie…

I agree. it's a horrible feeling to deal but I do believe this is the right path to take.

mine do the same thing! I think it's because they cramp up while I'm walking so I try to stretch a lot before and after. good luck! heat helps too :) try a heating pad.
