Hiya, I gave up/cut down on carbs about 6 weeks ago. The reason I gave them up was that I was so damn tired all the time...I could sleep 12 hours and still have to drag myself out of bed. cold, cold water in the bath..then sit in it for bout 10/15 mins. Did this after all my runs while training for the marathon...and i never had sore muscles..it works !!!
