LC and antidepressants
Hi anyone doing LC and on antidepressants ? Im on 20mg prozac for chronic pms. It completely gets rid of pms so coming off it is not an option. Iv had my 5 child last Oct and am 2 stone overweight. Even on LC im finding the going veeeeeeeery slow. Anyone else on antid and has success with weight loss ?

anyone else notice cramping after eating sugar ?
Was out for bday lunch with friend last weekend and had dessert. Upset tummy all night and cramping next day. Was minding my niece yesterday and she waned a rocky road (choc and marshmallow bar). do i need to worry about calories ?
Keeping my carbs around 20g but my calories are over 2000. do I need to keep an eye on calories or just carbs ? Weight coming off slowly...but surely ;)
