anyone else notice cramping after eating sugar ?

Was out for bday lunch with friend last weekend and had dessert. Upset tummy all night and cramping next day.
Was minding my niece yesterday and she waned a rocky road (choc and marshmallow bar). It was only a small square but she didnt eat all of it so , in a moment of weakness, I ate the other half.
Cramping tummy all day to day
Anyone else find this ?

I get headaches almost instantly after a bite (yes, one bite) with too much sugar for my body, and it doesn't put me over numbers, so I never get to the point of getting icky tummy because I load with fats and sodium once I get that headache starting, and it heads it off at the pass. Maybe, if you indulge, make sure you fat load too, to get your body to process it the way you want...
