Jazus last time I was on here was 2013 and I was 127 lbs. Roll on two years later and Im 162 I had my 5th baby in Oct. fitness wise it was my worst pregnancy, I had NO energy and a brutal birth. So just getting back to myself now.
Im looking to get back down to 127 by doing low carb. It worked great for me last time. Slow going this time , think I'll have to limit my carbs to 50g a day.
Would love to chat to other low carbers

I'm not a low carber but good luck. You have done it before so you will do it again0

Congrats on the new addition to your family! You can do it. You just need to be consistent over time with both exercise and proper nutrition. I dropped my 64 lbs by doing 30-40% of my calories from carbs, so you don't have to go down that low in carbs to lose weight. It really just comes down to an appropriate calorie goal, eating a healthy diet, consistent exercise, and time. You've got this!0
