Hmm...I'm on celexa and am having a terrible time losing weight!!! I've gained 40 pounds!!! Sounds like I need a trip to the doctor for some new meds. Thank you for sharing this. I hadn't realized this was a side effect. :flowerforyou:

I think the difficulty of the levels depends on what you are good at. I hated the jumping and squatting in level 2. Levels 1 and 3 were my favorite. I arbitrarily waited 10 days (workouts) between each level, though I guess it doesn't matter. Some days, the exercise did seem easier, but I also caught myself not always…

Different plans/strategies work for different people. I lack portion control/will power, so IF works for me. I have a two hour window in the evenings to eat my calories. That means I can pretty much eat whatever I want for dinner (though I try to stay healthy).

I weigh every day, but only record once a week.

A friend of mine has Hashimotos. She has struggled for years. She gave up gluten a few months ago and has lost 15 pounds. I don't know if that is helpful or not... Sorry!

People like that are so frustrating!!!! GRR!!! Keep doing what you are doing and your success will be the best "revenge." :flowerforyou:

Stop drinking. Seriously. I don't mean that harshly, it is my downfall too. Drinking is a way of self medicating, forgetting your problems. Find another outlet. Taper down to once a month. Learn moderation.

Do 30 Day shred and tone up. See if that doesn't help you feel better about your body.

Thank you everyone! I'm just wanting her not to have to do a bunch of work for her own birthday party.

1 Cup = Glass of 1 water. 1 cup = 8 oz. I don't know the ML conversion

I don't know the answer, but I too, always seem to gain a little over a pound after a night of drinking. It comes back off pretty quickly though.

I hear you OP. I eat healthy, log, and get PLENTY of exercise every day. I've talked to my doctor about my sudden weight gain and how slow losing has been and he keeps talking to me about STRESS. High cortisol levels makes weight loss difficult. I've worked to manage stress better. I truly believe that it isn't as simple…

I don't like red wine. I do like margaritas (and pretty much every other hard liquor vodka/tequila/gin drink). I just make those days my cheat days. I try to make sustainable changes.

LOL! Can't help but laugh at this one. (Sorry). My husband said his ex-wife took it for a while and had the sharting issue. He said it was hugely unattractive to be out and she had to change pants or they had to go home early. The smell in the car on the ride home was apparently not that pleasant.

I find that changing what I'm eating or what exercise I'm doing will "shake up" my body and get it losing again. I think the body just adjusts over time.

Me too.

I don't always lose weight the way the numbers say I should either. Is it that TOM? Are you retaining water? Have you eaten a lot of salt? Are you stressed out?

I alternate between Arbonne Chocolate and Vanilla Protein powder. I mix with water.

Try 30 Day Shred. Don't expect to lose weight, but do expect to firm up - especially your core.

I'm on day 2 of the diet. It's just another crazy crash diet. Our friend has weigh in for the Coast Guard on Wednesday of next week and he needs to lose 20 pounds. These are our best couple friends, so my husband and I decided to join them for emotional support. I remember doing this diet 15 years ago and it was called the…

apples, pears, oranges, carrots, broccoli, celery with almond butter, tomato slices with mozerella, barleans chocolate silk drink, protein shake (made with water), ensure, hard boiled egg. Not sure how many calories you want your snacks to be. :)

2 cups epson salt and 1 cup baking soda is supposed to be a detox bath. Not sure about water weight, but I agree that it made me very tired.

My opinion is Crystal Lite. I used to count it as water, before I transitioned to just plain water.

Hi. I'm borderline overweight too. I did 30 DS faithfully for 30 days. I lost inches but not weight. I think I lost 2.25 inches around my waist. My physical condition improved - I could do 30 man push-ups by the end. It was a great program, but if you are fixed on a number on the scale, it may not be the right program for…

Great job! Keep up the good work!

Is it that his grocery bills have gone up because you expect him to eat healthy too?
