Am I reading right - it happened twice? This isn't funny. He's disrespecting and undermining you. Do not engage in retaliation. I agree with the comment above - stand up for yourself and be stern. If it happens again, report it to a superior.

Are you stressed out? Getting enough sleep? These factors can affect weight loss.

Trust is a central key to any relationship. I'm not talking about trusting him not to cheat, that's just a small component. You need to be able to trust your man with your life - trust him to protect you, provide for you, make decisions for you and make decisions for your relationship. You know what I mean? If you get…

I add Arbonne Fiber Boost to protein shakes or even to water. It has 12 grams fiber and 15 carbs. I think that is net 3, but I'm not sure how to calculate net carbs.

Even at my thinnest, my tummy isn't flat. I've got a little poof there. I will still wear spanx to get that flat appearance. My sister is a size 0 and she still has a tummy poof too. I think some of it is genetics.

Have you considered getting the meds changed again?
-
Also, are you drinking your water?
-
Are you eating protein in your meals? That helps to make you feel full. Also, you can snack on raw veggies all day and still not add too many calories.
-
That's what I was thinking. Make noodles, rice or potatoes with the meal for him to eat. You stick with meat and veggies.

I'm down 18. My husband and one of my besties noticed, but nobody else has.

It's just water. Don't get discouraged, you are doing great! :flowerforyou:

Hi! I'm curious to know about your water intake? Before I started drinking water, I had huge weight shifts. It's true that none were 12 pounds though (8 was my highest). Do you watch your sodium? Could it be time of the month related? I really think though that you have a medical issue at play here. Feel good about…

This was my experience. No matter how much I exercised and logged calories, I could only maintain. A slip-up would be weight gained that couldn't be lost. After 18 months and 40 pounds, I quit taking it. I went to my doctor to tell him, and yeah, I was crying. The weight gain had turned the anxiety into depression. I felt…

There are circumstances that can prevent weight loss, even if you are at a deficit.
-
^^ This. Start lifting weights and building muscle. That will raise your BMR.
-
Maybe so. I had too many people tell me that my doctor was stupid, without knowing my medical history. When it comes to choosing between my doctor and people on the Internet, I'm choosing my doctor every time.
-
It's legal in the US, you just need a prescription. I'm in Florida. You do have to get a paper prescription though, they can't call it in for you.

I'm sending a friend request. I'm on phentermine too, though I'm about to be taken off it. Most of us on medications stay "underground" as there is so much judgment about it on the site. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Hi! I continue to have my thyroid tested (every 6 months) and my doctor also won't medicate. One of my levels went from top end of the range to the bottom. I'm not sure which level it was though. Meanwhile I gained 40 pounds. I just went for another round of testing and will get my results on Monday. I've gained the weight…

Medications have different effects on different people. I just stopped Citalopram as I had gained lots of weight over an 18 month period. I'm now on another medication, but it isn't helping the depression. I agree with the person above who said to get your mental health in order before you worry about weight loss. The…

Try filling up on raw veggies.

I chew gum. That is what helps me to not eat mindlessly. :ohwell:

This is exactly my question!!! I just baked sea scallops in butter and I have no idea what to log. I think I'm going to have to guess. :ohwell:

The database isn't always correct. Avoid entries marked "Generic." Cross reference if you can.

Once a day is my norm.

I go over just eating fruit!!! :ohwell:
-
That's pretty much what I do. Coffee in the morning, a piece of fruit for lunch and then dinner. That's our family meal and the most important one. I don't get hungry during the day either.

Start taking measurements. How do your clothes feel? Are they looser? Keep at it - you are doing great!!!

Yes, I still struggle with food rewards. When I was a kid, being good in a store usually meant a candy bar. A road trip still means a stop at a gas station and the purchase of different kinds of candies (I'm partial to Airheads and Sprees) and I'm 34. I've been working to reward myself in non-food ways. I told myself that…
