i have neoropathy in both my feet and legs. i found that doing a few minutes of yoga every day is helping. i don't try to force the stretch so i don't make it to the ground or make any limber miracles. also if you have access to a community pool that heated some of those places might have some water aerobics classes.

i think it just depends on you. sometimes times i do and sometimes i don't. myself i have my calories set at 1300 but don't generally even eat the 1200 unless it's a weekend and my boyfriend is here. if you eat the exercise calories you should lose whatever you goal loss is for the week. if you don't you lose a little more.
