  • I was really hoping I would find out how to stop my knees from hurting as well. Even after watching the videos and doing it as seen (at least from my point of view) -they still hurt.
  • I am not a shake or bar person. But a friend of mine who was training with some serious athletic types suggested super food greens he and these athletes have been using by Immortal Herbs - it actually has a lot of plant protein and is very low in calories so I have started taking it as part of my weight loss program.
  • I like Fage 2% and Chobani Vanilla a little bit of each mixed together. I find the Fage alone to be a bit too thick and... well not sweet enough by itself. I add a tablespoon of oats and a few almonds for breakfast on the go.
