When I calculated mine, most of them recommended I be 135 and BMI 118-157 (Same as earlnabby). I am currently 135 and feel happy with my body. I have been 125 and it was not healthy and looked underweight. I hope this helps.

Try eating your food on a smaller plate to make it look like you are getting to eat way more food than is on your plate. Normally with no resistance in one hour I burn 580 per the elliptical and 545 per my hear rate monitor. I am 5'7" 130lbs. I lost 40lbs over the past year and I used the elliptical and weight lifting. If you stick to it, you will see results!
