I know the feeling. My weakness is instant ramen noodles (particularly Maruchan! UGH!!!) Welcome Wicked! I am feeling so lousy right now. I only had two hours of sleep last night and I really feel like a loser. Do you have any advise on what exercises to do to wake me up and improve sleep pattern? I have been trying my best to stay awake since 6AM Eastern Time! Boohoo me! Thanks!

The water weight, I believe, is right. I am mostly muscle mass that's why it's so hard for me to try to "look" like I have lost weight even after a lot of exercise after a few weeks. Congrats on busting 4 lbs though! Way to go!!!

Yay Meah! I am totally with you. I have been lazy for a long time and I am sick of it. I feel my energy drain everyday and the weight gain has made me feel so lousy and it starts to hurt in places when I clean the house. Total YUCK! Raise the roof to us!
