I'm a cyster, too! It's so hard to lose weight with this. I have a yo-yo problem with my weight. I have to make really hard effort to make sure I don't gain any and zero effort gain more. Smh. Congrats on the engagement and good luck! Let's keep each other motivated!

I went thru an episode like that when I had my girl. My brother forced me to get out and work out tho. I ended up, bringing my baby to the mall and walk with her for about 30mins a day. It was all worth it!

I do this as a side job. Piece of advise: Make sure you drink lots of water to hydrate your skin and the pull will not traumatize your skin very much. Meal planning helps me a lot. I have a spreadsheet that plans my weekly meals. My snacks include, carrot sticks, cheese sticks, instant oatmeal, and twizzlers! Hope this helps!

I started Leslie Sansone's Ultimate DVD Workouts today. It felt so good afterwards. I did a total of 3 miles for 48 minutes by doing her videos 1 and 2. Hope I can keep this up along with a healthy diet! YAY!!!
