I am more comfortable with being barefoot. I dance when I am alone and can go from modern dancing to latin-ballroom. I have more control over my movements when I am not wearing shoes.

I try to get enough sleep and some sun for at least 15-30mins a day. Not necessarily being under the sun but the glare is good enough. Sun has a lot of influence in a woman's body - that's what my doc said. And I have bad mood swings and I snap at people really quick when I don't have enough sleep or no decent sleep. Hope…

Hi! I do both alternating days. I do dance (cardio) M-T-W, and weights T-Th-Sat. Then I rest and cheat on Sundays! I love chinese lunch after church! LOL

I am the same way. I manage the front desk at a hotel and stand almost all day other than when I need to go around to do other things for guests. I know what you mean by exhausted at the end of the day. :(
