2 years ago I was approached by a girl at the gym whom asked how she can look like me... I started inviting her to workout with me once or twice a week, convinced her to compete in a figure show and basically opened her eyes to the world of fitness.... long story short, after be-friending her she moved to miami to be with her boyfriend and she stopped talking to me.. a year later I saw her post this awful thing about me on a fitness website about how the girl who introduced her to working out was much prettier when she first met me and that now I look like a man and if people saw me they would think that she got me into fitness....

not that im loosen any sleep over this i'm just a bit confused how someone does a complete 180... anyone had anything similar happen to them like this?

    Yeah, i've had that...from my own sister. You know the truth, and somewhere in there so does she. And doesn't like herself very much for it.

    Simple answer, without knowing the person....jealousy. If there was no bad blood between the 2 of you and you parted on good terms, the only thing that would trigger that is that she's jealous of you.

    I am sorry to hear that. It is horrible when someone finds the needs to insult someone in such a way, especially someone that genuinely tried to help her and be her friend. Just remember to take the high road and remember theat you do not need a friend like that or deserve to be treated so horribly. It is sad that she probably doesn't even realize hor cold and hurtful she is being. I hope that you don't let her get you down, you don't deserve that!

    not of that directly but it sounds like she was jealous of you from start to finish and was saying things to make herself feel better.

    dont worry about her I'm sure you are much better/prettier than her.

    we didnt end on any terms, lol she moved away and we just stopped talking after a little while.. then a year later I found her on bodybuilding.com (her profile) and there is a space where it says "how you got started" and thats pretty much what she put.... my mouth dropped.... lets just say I didnt bother to sand her a "hello" message after that

    My Dad is an excellent carpenter, and he got this guy a job at his job site, and that same guy spread rumors about him and got him fired. People like that are never going to be anything special.

    I agree. It has to be jealousy. What a rotten B****! She's the picture of a "hater". Now if that picture of your profile is your body, I just have to say, you look amazing! I would kill to have a body like that!

    Don't feel bad about it. Don't even pay attention to it. People like that dwell and like to thrive in an environment filled with drama. Evidently, she wants attention - and the only way she knows how to get that - is to create drama. What a retard. Sorry, folks. I am disgusted with people like that.
