    Like others Idk if I can tell a 20lb difference when you start out at 310+lbs!

    But here is me last November in Nashville, IN for my mom's birthday

      I can definitely tell, especially in your face.

      I'm currently 355lbs...lost 10lbs since starting on 1/12/2011. I need to take a before picture!
