You're certainly not damaged. Chocolate is my pick me up too. If I'm stressed or feeling down I will comfort eat and reach for the chocolate. I use sheer willpower not to reach for a second candy bar. That's what this weightloss journey has been for me ... A test of willpower everyday. Get more sleep, try some multi…

We've all done it... Continue on your journey :)

I am 5'6 and am down to 120lbs... Very recently I have begun to shed some fat from butt and thighs. My upper body is pretty lean but the bottom half still holds onto those fat deposits. I persist hoping I will see some change :) I am aiming for another 2lb loss total in the coming weeks and hope it will target this…

You look strong and healthy, congrats on your success!

Light mouse your tummy looks awesome :) I too have a tummy pouch of fat despite being quite trim elsewhere.. I think it will be the last place to go if I stick with a small deficit and stay active...

You rock that bikini! What an awesome transformation :)

Very pretty and the weightloss really shows!

You look so healthy and toned, well done!

If you only have a relatively small amount of weight to lose it will be a slow journey. Personally I am very happy if I shed .5lb per week eating at a deficit and working out three times per week. Most weeks I lose even less. It is slow but keeping a Determined effort will allow you to reach your goal. Don't be…

I totally understand that feeling, that's what made this weightloss journey successful for me... Cheat days felt uncomfortable and overeating didn't bring me the pleasure it once did. I still enjoy some treats in moderation and a birthday meal of course, but with my goals still in sight. 6 months on, I still feel the same…

I'm 5'6 and 120lbs... And yes I still have some tummy fat. Before children my tummy was in proportion to my body and pretty toned, i have accepted the little pouch as a souvenir of carrying my children :) I believe that lifting and a slight deficit might chip away at those fat stores overtime.. Keep going!

I think that's awesome to visualise a litre of fat leaving the body, puts those weightloss numbers into perspective! Thanks for sharing :)

Great job! You look so slim, you deserve the bacon :)

I've had two babies too and gone from a start weight of 142lbs to 120lbs and my tummy is still a pouch. I workout four times per week, cardio 30mins followed by resistance training. It hasn't really targeted my tummy. I feel slimmer, energetic and in better shape than I was six months ago so I continue... don't hold up…

I am stalling too.. I have lost .5lbs since Christmas despite eating 1200 cals and exercising. I eat back these burnt cals etc. I have adjusted my goal to losing .5lbs a week which at this point would be wonderful. I also have lowered my cardio workouts in favour of strength training. I have read that this can effect the…

Thanks for sharing that pic and the advice! I am close to goal too but my body is still soft and untoned after two children. I will start some resistance training to hopefully turn it around :)

He is your husband, he loves the woman you are... The skin you live in will change over the years but the substance remains unchanged. I'm sure he will admire your determination and your fitness as you continue your journey! I am a happier, more energetic and sociable lady since I've lost those excess pounds gained during…

Yes I try every year to abstain from something I love. Last year it was chocolate. This year I may try bread. It's a test of willpower that I welcome :)

You look wonderful I have been working on those last 10 pounds since November! Have you any advice? I am losing at an incredibly slow pace..

After two pregnancies I assumed the piercing would have closed up... This thread gives me hope that perhaps I can have my navel ring again!
