My upper thighs still hold the same weight as they did when I was 20lbs heavier... I don't understand it. I walk, jog, and use these legs a lot but they are not as lean as I expected them to be at this weight :/

I only weigh in the morning, by night I am at least two pounds heavier no matter how disciplined I have been all day. Keep working out and eating within your daily targets and you will reach your goal. It has taken me 2 months to lose two pounds. I still don't have a flat stomach lol.. I'm not sure if I ever will.

If I eat out and consume a high calorie meal my weight will increase or a few days... I expect it... Stay hydrated and eat your normal intake and your weight will level out.

I'm pretty fit but the 30ds really pushes my limits! By day 10 of level 1 the workout felt manageable.. Keep pushing and your stamina will grow :)

I'm 5'6 and 122lbs... I have no thigh gap and still a good deal of tummy fat. There are no magic numbers to achieve societal ideals of perfection. Enjoy your natural shape and curves. We all differ

I'm finding it really difficult to lose these last three pounds... I still exercise and eat at a deficit but I am not getting frustrated. Being this close to my goal is testament to my hard work! Appreciate your achievements and go easy on your body, enjoy it and don't allow weight loss to consume you.

I'm am down to 122lbs from a start weight of 142 and still has a bloated looking tummy... I'm doing the 30 day shred to try to tone up a little but I'm not sure how many more pounds I am comfortable with losing. I'm 5'6 and currently 122lbs... I'm pretty close to my ultimate goal weight and feel comfortable at this weight. Before my to pregnancies I was 118lbs for years, eating well and being relatively active. My waist measures 27" and hips 37" ... I'm happy and don't look very skinny :)

I'm 5'6 and 122lbs and still hold weight on my tummy and thighs... I'm on day 8 of 30 day shred, hoping it will tone these areas. I also walk 1 hour per day at a brisk pace. I'm interested in reading these responses.. I figured once I lost the excess pounds I would be lean... Guess that's not always a certainty!

My daughter thinks 39 day shred time is play time... It's really frustrating having to pause and refocus her then return to jillians workout! It doesn't feel very effective, but I will keep going :)

I'm on day 3 of level 1.. Boy do I hurt all over! It's really a great all body workout and I cannot wait to see the results. I am nearing my weightloss goal so need to tone and push my fitness and strength

I've had two babies in three years and working my way back to pre pregnancy weight! After two c sections my tummy needs more work but I feel more womanly and content with my body since it carried two children!

I have 5lbs to go and it's taking weeks and weeks to lose even half a pound at this point :/ If I reach my goal by the summer I will be happy. I like how I feel at this weight so I don't sweat it. But it sure is a slow process Good luck!

I'm 5'6 and I've lost 20lbs. Start weight was 142lbs My waist measures at 28" and hips 38". I'm really comfortable at this weight and shape. The inches lost are really motivating!

After two babies in three years I had a belly bulge.. After losing 20 lbs it is flatter. It's not a really taunt tummy but its a lot better. Keep going!

I'm pretty close to my ultimate goal weight.. I feel lighter and more energised but I still have areas that I'd love to change but will have to accept even at my goal weight. I don't plan to push my body to extremes to look perfect...
