So so sorry for no show last week. I had technical difficulties and then never got back in. PW. 131.4 CW. 131 Kinda sad, I actually showed a 130.4 weight most of the last week and then I get on the scale today and boom...+.6. π I also am heading to Cabo next week π I'll probably just have you carry this weight over since Iβ¦

Shandke Thursday PW. 131.4 CW. 131.4 Held steady after birthday celebrations and weekend away! I will take it... my goal was under 130 by our trip to Cabo Oct 25th. As slow as this is... Don't think I will make it, but will do my best! Everyone have a good weekend!

PW. 132.4 CW. 131.4 I guess back on track although can't say I did anything different. I will have to be a little more careful...I threw my back out exercising a couple days ago. I think it's just a muscle, but exercise is my balance for losing and not maintain or gain. Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! I'm off toβ¦

PW. 131.6 CW 132.4 Amazingly enough yesterday I was at 131.2? How did I gain 1.2 pds in 1 day? I worked out 40 min., hiked 2 miles and did a 5 min hiit routine AND I watched what I ate and didn't over eat. π Really thought I was getting somewhere....Ugh.

Sorry about late report for June, but site was down when I tried a cooker of times. Last Thursday 6/25 weigh in: PW 133.6 CW. 132.0 I have a feeling much of this was correction from a prior bad week and salt/ water.... but I'll take it. I really am working on this "most of the time"...weekends are super tough to be good.β¦

Sad to see what my lack of control can do. PW. 131.6 CW: 133.6 I guess in my defense, I had to feed 22-28 people i.e. family reunion at my house for a long weekend. 3 meals a day, snacks and drinking...I guess that's expected.. sad, but expected. π Next week WILL be better! π€

PW. 132.2 CW. 131.8 I finally broke those 132's... it's such a struggle and hope I can continue. The next couple of weeks will be a challenge because family will be here.. and I mean like 20+! So wish me luck navigating feeding and entertaining the masses! π

pw 133.2 cw 132.8 I'll take this. I have been trying to do better... but dang it's hard. I have found my niche with jazzercise and actually feel like it makes a difference in my appearance... at least to me. The scale is just wobbling around this weight, so I need a nudge or PUSH off the ledge to get back to losing.β¦

Been a better week... trying the Jazzercize on Demand free classes. Did it for many years... years ago! Really enjoying the change. SW. 135.2 CW. 133.6 I am now back to my home turf (dad is doing well after hs sx) and my own routine and scale! Hope to keep my momentum going! Have a great week everyone.
