I start today but with the cardio to do it during the week also im doing RI30 and im on week 2 Day 2. I hope to see more changes with BR the cardio is awesome but in one point i was so tired but i do it all because i know i can do it!

You are totally right we need to hear our body thats why i dont do one exercise of NMTZ because is putting the knee in the floor and then stand up and i know my knee wont be happy if i do that also i dont have a mat and my surface is hard so is difficult sometimes so and now my knee…

Actually i do NMTZ complete since day 1 except for one exercise with the knee cuz i have problem with my right knee and dont want to hurt her more so i dont do that part but besides that i do it all and i love it. I have a really bad memory and i write the inches i have when i started and im like crazy trying to find it but i lost like 2 or 3 inches in the waist and in the arms and my legs i think still the same but a lot better shape also the rest of my body.

Week 1 Day 1 i like it a lot this one and i think is more easy than the 30 Day Shred but with days im gonna say that more secure lol but today was easy but makes me sweat a lot and i like that cuz Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred dont make me sweat like that and is like Jillian says if you sweat you are burning calories!

You can do the Leslie Sasone Walk Away the pounds!!!! You can walk 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles very fast! I usually walk 4 miles but since yesterday i walk 5 miles! And is awesome just in front of my computer and is avaliable in youtube.

Im in! i walk 4 or 5 miles monday to friday so it would be pretty awesome to walk 60 miles in a month is a huge thing also i walk a lot everyday cuz i dont have a car and i decide to walk cuz is good for my health

MFP keeps me motivated also im graduation is in November and i want to look good in pictures plus im a very positive person and i see my results maybe you dont see it because you see yourself everyday it happens to me too sometimes

I modify some lunges too because is hard for my right knee also jumping jacks sometimes are so freaking hard and is killing me but in level 3 jumping jacks are with handweights:( which is worse jajaja. But jumping jacks doesnt hurt you?

Yesss thank you. Have you tried Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds? is pretty awesome you just walk in your home 4 miles or 5, 3, 2 , 1, in youtube you will find her videos! Is good to hear that. Dont do the jumping jacks there is a way to do it i think without the jumping

Hope your friend gets better and you too cuz i know how is the dengue i live in Dominican Republic and 2 years ago i was sick with dengue and a lot more things it was 3 days in the clinique. I know youre going to see great results and you gonna feel awesome!
