There's a chance of catching Listeria, but I guess you already know that. www.foodsafety.gov/poisoning/causes/bacteriaviruses/listeria/

I can't think of anything worse than curdling soya milk in coffee.

I live in UK, and use coffee creamer in my tea and coffee. I did see almond milk on a supermarket shelf ones, but can't remember where. The price was ridiculously expensive, and I didn't even bother to look at it. Another man made product like soya, I suspect. I have enough issues with the amount of additives, in the few…

Sounds like you've been locked up...

Dancing, is fun. You should try it sometime...maybe, you'll like it.

If, you are new to walking/exercise, it would be advisable to have a rest day. You'll improve with time, but your muscles need some time to repair themselves. Keep well hydrated, and eat at least 10g of protein after a workout.

Ok, but this is just a lot of silly excuses. Just face the truth, or you're not going to get results... *lurker*

Elimination. No seriously, did your practitioner/doctor not give you any advice?

If this is your idea of a 'binge' and for someone who also claims to be a vegetarian, I find this thread to be a little strange....

Very amusing. Do they not feed you at the hostel?

Through most of my life, I ate toast for breakfast, and my main meal of the day, was lunch. In the evening, I sometimes had a snack, at 6pm, so technically I ate three times a day. I'm no longer able to follow this pattern, as I work shifts. Hence, why I'm here, trying to get back on track.

I can't really speak for people in America, but a lot of common sense, and planning your meals would help. Make a shopping list, and note down prices. Bring a calculator, if you want. I generally, only buy food when I need to eat, as nothing goes to waste, but not everyone can do this. I used to do a big weekly shopping,…

I was a sociable smoker, and drank only at weekends with friends. When, my GP was going to give me tablets, I panicked. I stopped socialising cold turkey for 3 months, and when the blood test showed normal, I was elated. This is over two years, ago. I'm now teatotal, and an ex smoker. My health, is everything to me, and if…

It took me 3 months. I stopped smoking, and stopped drinking, and my cholesterol is now, normal.

first and foremost, inform your GP, about the above mentioned issues. Your GP will then be able to advice you with the best plan of action.

It's not to late to join the Ultimate Accountability Challenge group. It's just started for July. Good luck!

Food is part of culture i.e. French; cheese, bread, and wine. Italian; pasta, olives, and wine. Spanish; tapas, paella, and sangria. Germany; sausages, snitzel, and beer. And so forth. Foods that's been consumed for generations, are not necessarily unhealthy because they're high in fat. An active lifestyle, promotes good…

I have several theories on the topic. Now, where do I start? Well, I joined Sep 2013, and have logged every day, except for one when the internet was down. Also, I've joined a group, the ultimate accountability challenge group, which has helped me a great deal. Besides, this I have a few selected friends, who are very…

I don't cook, either. Have just eaten 150g of hickory bbq turkey breast chunks, cold out of the fridge, with a 150g bag of cheesy doritos. That way, I know how much, I've eaten. Once it's gone it's gone. My daily protein shake, helps me to meet my daily protein requirement, which I would've found difficult to meet…

I made my own head band out of a ski sock.

Thinly sliced Mozzarella, oregano, paprika, and olives, on toasted bread. 3 minutes under the grill. Bread, olives, and Mozzarella, weighed and logged individually.

Some coffees are 200 kcal per cup. Costa, Starbucks, Subway, Nero, etc.

I'd look at how you get to work. Is there a way you could walk, to and fro? Bicycle, perhaps? What do you do in your lunch break? What do you do, on your days off?

At 5'2'' weighing 86 pounds, I'm guessing you're still at school. I'd suggest you get yourself an alarm clock. Just saying.
