A friend mentioned the 5:2 diet. I'm managing on 1.200 kcal a couple of days a week, when I'm not working. This is a diet, and I'm aware of the health implications with such, and have decided to have a week with normal kcal after losing almost 1lb in weight this week. I don't want to loose too much too quickly, and have…

Lonsdale chocolate flavoured protein shake, for lunch gives me 24g of protein. I consume 70-100g of protein a day. Every meal, is at least 10g of protein. Nuts, coconut, avocado etc etc

Are we related? I'm 5'8'' with a wrist circumference of 5 and a half, and I'm 5 and a half in shoes, but 6 fits fine (have just measured myself, to make sure).

Ditto.

Am already a friend, but if you don't logg, and are absent from MFP, for weeks (a rather long holiday), there's not much I can do to help, except wait for you to get your life sorted. Was thinking about what to message you, to get you motivated. Unfortunately, I have no idea, but hope this post will give you food for…

Awesome weightloss. You look great!

Their bread, is what makes up for most of the kcal. If I sit in, I opt for a salad, with all the trimmings, except for the dressings and the chillies *cough* Mac Donalds, do salads as well.

This should work. But, just in case, keep a glass of milk next to your bed, as it's low kcal and will stabilise your blood sugar. And don't forget to brush your teeth :)

I'd suggest it's more of a habit, than anything else. Eating protein, two hours before bedtime should set you straight. My family, where all night time snackers. Good luck!

I eat mainly cheese, dairy and egg.

Only at weekends, as it makes me bloat.

Maybe you should read the papers, and see how many fatalities there are, as a result to Ramadan?

Grass is not for human consumption. How about eating food instead?

Sounds like the first signs of a kangaroo pouch. Now's the time to train those abs/stomach muscles. Do planks, and crunches every day, with at least one rest day a week, to prevent any injury. A high protein diet, 70g-100g a day will help to feed your muscles.

No time for lunch.

Congratulations on your weightloss, and you look fabulous btw. I suggest you hold on to some of the 5% fat, as you might need it.

I want the body I had when I was 19 years old, but that's not going to happen. Realistically, I can aim for the body I had five years ago.

Good luck at the audition!

I suggested it was a good source of fibre, with essential vitamins.
-
Is it something I said earlier, about how bread is good for you?

Some posts are really gross :( Anyway, greek yogurt with honey. Blueberries, Cherries, Ruhbarb, Avocado with cream cheese. Aubergine, Okra. Pine nuts, Sunflower seeds, Hazel nuts, Wall nuts. Flapjack. Since last week Kefir, as there's a new Polish shop nearby.

Also, rich in essential omega 3, and vitamins? A healthy diet, should include bread, that are rich in fibre. Am I right?

Learning to eat more, was a challenge and a half. Fat, fibre and protein, is good for me, in large quantities. Learned to drink plenty of water, and became addicted to exercise.
