There's no magic/quickfix formula. Just hard work, and commitment. However, try and detox for a week, i.e. no sugar, caffeine, bread, and wheat, and see if you can stick to 'clean' eating for that long. It's not all about what you eat, as being active every day plays a big part, in preventing loose skin, and promotes a…

Bought a three day trial pack. In day two, I felt nausea, and had to take time off work. I figured, it must have been something in the vanilla meal replacement meal, that didn't agree with me. The beaker has been used, regularly though, with my whey and protein powder, which I decided to take instead of herbalife. A…

I live in UK, and most of the food items that I found logged on MFP, are either out of date, or wrong. I have now changed to shopping at Aldi, as I found most items are logged correctly. Morrisons shoppers, are the worst to logg.

It depends on your body, and what you know, you're comfortable with. I'm a cardio fanatic, in that I can swim, walk, and dance to the cow's come home, as I don't tire easily. Put me with weights, and I'll probably fall asleep with boredom.

These are some 3 simple rules that I follow- 1 keep hydrated with water. - 2 muscles need protein, especially after a work out. Protein bars, are ideal. It's called muscle repair. - 3 take time to stretch muscles after any work out. Also, a good nights sleep is important for recovery :)

What makes this thread any different from the other trolls, on MFP that eat 1200 or below a day? As you should all know by now, it is against MFP rules to promote, an unhealthy diet. This thread has been reported.

I really don't want to get political here, but nursing homes all throughout the western world, has already been doing this for years. Thus, giving the average life expectancy for someone 'living' in a nursing home 2-3 years. That's how long an older person can survive on a restricted diet, and neglect.

So, the people starving in Africa...are going to live a long and healthy life...so, therefore, all the food/medical aid, was a total waste of time...?
