Technically, I'm not obese anymore, and I now have a BMI of 29, as of last week, which technically means that I'm just overweight :)

I'm 49 and I've been active most of my life, and never thought of it, as boring. Walked 12miles with a group, and then got lost, which meant we walked for a total of 14hours. Have done this twice lol Danced from 8pm to 8am with just pop drinks, and water for fuel (you can do this in London). Swim ten lengths without moving…

^This fills in the gaps, pretty much. Except, I do eat out, about once a week, and once a month with a large group of friends. I'll eat something before, going out, then skip the starters, which gives me room for deserts, if I feel like it. Anyhow, I just make it fit in with my macros.

Our bodies don't process artificial sweeteners so well, either.

Before MFP, I would've eaten mainly when hungry, which was once a day. Since, Sep last year, I've learned a lot. Mainly, to eat more, that's to say, I have a snack/meal every four hours, and snack between. I make sure, I'll get around 70-100g of protein, a day. I only take one protein drink a day, and might have a protein…

If, I was very hungry at 3am, I would evaluate my eating habits. Maybe, my body is trying to tell me to eat more, cut down on sugar, gluten, eat more protein, drink more water, drink less caffeine, take a vitamin supplement, or two, be more active, or get more sleep. Everybody, is different, and I hope you work it out. I…

At 5'8'' I'm the short one in my family. I'm pretty active, eat a protein rich diet, 1500-1900 kcal, and logg every day.

Have just joined the 60 day challenge group, and so I'll have even more reason to keep up the good work.

Probably, as bread was eaten in large quantities every day, as a kid. I don't eat bread now, as it just makes me bloated.

Was up all night, since the neighbours decided to do some diy, so I'm catching up on sleep. Anyway, I'm happy with 6713 kcal for the week. So, am ready for Monday, and my 4th week challenge!

It's similar to yogurt, and is great on muesli, fruit etc. An alternative to greek yogurt, pretty much. There's a fat free version, and a regular version, but I think most places only do the regular kind.

6713 kcal, so far this week. Not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow, yet. Maybe, I'll go dancing :)

I used to think it was like the skin of an orange. Had it as a teen, on my thighs, and remember always picking at my legs, when bored. I believe, noone else had it, and it looked worse, after sun bathing. Now, I'm 49 and am still not used to having different 'looking' skin on my legs. It's not as severe, but has an 'older'…

Apparently, most Pizza,s in UK, consist of a crispy thin dough, some double concentrated low fat tomato paste, a bit of chicken, mushroom, onion, and three olives, and if you're lucky, just enough low fat Mozarella, to prevent the Pizza from burning like toast.
