Personally, I wouldn't drink it but why not try it and see how it is? If you like it and it works for you, then great! Otherwise, I'd invest in a good protein powder and save the meats for dinner.

Look up ChocolateCoveredKatie in Google. I know, it sounds a little sketchy, but it's just a blog of healthy, vegan recipes. She has everything from sweet breakfasts to 5 minute desserts and she includes the nutrition facts for you! You can make a few dozen super healthy cookies to keep around for your chocolate cravings!

Have you tried corn tortillas? Mission Corn Tortillas are gluten free and you can find them at any grocery store (or Wal-mart). You could make a yummy egg burrito with turkey, cheese, and salsa? :)

If I were you, I would raise my calories by about 200, track all of my calories really closely for a month and then weigh yourself to see if you need to adjust that number. Don't be disheartened! If it's only your second week, you're probably just building muscle. I did Insanity 2 years ago and when I started, I definitely gained bulk from my muscle. Just a quick update: I just made about half a cup of almond butter with some roasted almonds I had on hand... AMAZING! I put a teaspoon of honey and it's great!
