Hey ya'll,

I am looking for a workout video on Youtube or online anywhere (a free one!) but I'm a little picky...

1. No longer than 20 minutes.

2. Not too much cardio - I already have a really great set of cardio workout videos that work well for me.

3. I prefer someone who will demonstrate the move and THEN start the reps or timer. I've tried doing some workouts on Youtube but I always have to look up the proper form for each individual move and it really just slows down my workout.

4. I would like the teacher to be a girl. I'm a girl and I connect more with other girls who had to work hard for their bodies! :)

Thanks!

Hmm. This might work. Do you think it would qualify as cardio and strength training? Normally, I do 45 mins of cardio, but barely any strength training.

Yes I think it would. I tried it and it sure got my heart racing. I would say it is more for strength but I am not expert to know forsure but I enjoyed it. It was great and fun. Also, the coach on there is so motivating. Love it!

Anything by Cathe Frederich. It would be to your benefit to learn moves first on your own.
