I use a headblade (headblade.com) in the shower with bodywasg every 2 days without a mirror using feel. Takes me less than 5 minutes.

I call my bad day my cheat day, not worry about it and make sure the rest of the week I'm at or below my caloric goal. By the end of the week the 6 good days cancel out my cheat day.

A month ago I was stuck at 285lbs for 17 days. During this period is when I started using free weights in addition to my cardio. Even though I was fustrated that the scale wasn't moving, my clothes were getting looser which helped me get through my first plateau.

At 5'9" 280lbs I burn around 530 Cals in 30 minutes with a hilly program on my elliptical. Doubling that to 60 mintues would put me over 1000 cal. I don't have a HRM yet to confirm this but the online calories burned calculator's also show that me at 280lbs on an elliptical burns well over 1000 cal.

Congrats! You look fantastic...although in one pic you kinda look like the Rock.

Congrats on the 17lbs, I'm also at minus 17lbs. I'm logging every day so feel free to add me.

Are you drinking enough water? It could be you're mistaking thirst for hunger.

Confidence to go shirtless in public. Hopefully that'll happen by next summer.

I could always use another friend, sent you an add!

I'm also on the night shift. And as the others said above, as long as you're not exceeding your goal, time of day doesn't matter

Also need committed friends to stay motivated over the long haul. With my goal 86lbs away I will need to be on here for awhile. -Craig

Yeah, stocky, chubby, fat, chunky, tubby, husky and also called a "teddy bear" by my college GF's mother, kinda like that one though. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

My goals over the next 14 weeks: 1) Put 55 hours on my elliptical. 2) Lose 20+lbs by 12/25. (Hopefully Halloween, Thanksgiving & football watching won't sabotage me too much.) -Craig
