Hey Guys!
I had a really bad day today with calories, I went over about 1000 and I feel bad. I feel like I messed up and my body wont bounce back. How do you stay motivated on day when have a bad day?

I call my bad day my cheat day, not worry about it and make sure the rest of the week I'm at or below my caloric goal. By the end of the week the 6 good days cancel out my cheat day.0

Tomorrow is a new day. I went over my calories and even with a bit of cardio still went over. Oh well, I had some candies with my kids but that didn't really do much but add calories without satisfying my appetite. So I had two roast beef sandwiches that put me over. When I get up tomorrow I'll start back at zero and move forward. Don't beat yourself up it happens. Just as long as it is not a habitual thing you should be all good.0

One day will not ruin the rest of your life get back on the wagon tomorrow, and don't beat yourself up!
I remind myself that as long as I keep trying I cannot fail. We all have our moments. We are humans, not robots.
Treat yourself kindly. Tomorrow is a new day :flowerforyou:0
