Look up hank shaw's website. Hunter-angler-gardner-cook. His venison chili is out of this world. All of his recipes I've tried were so good I bought his book. You can find a lot of his recipes online tho.

Savory cottage cheese. Cottage cheese with tomato, avocado, and cucumber. Salt and pepper. You can eat it with crackers or alone.

You didnt say what you eat for breakfast. I think this makes a huge difference in your ability to curb sweet things. Try eggs in the morning with toast and a little fruit or maybe oatmeal with fruit.

Okay so i know this isnt close to real pasta at all but have you tried spagehetti squash? I just tried it the other night and my husband even liked it! it comes out kinda al dente. Now we just ate it alone with pasta sauce and meatballs but im sure you could mix it in with a bit of real pasta and it would be amazing plus…

omg! i get cravings like no other! and i never seem to get full! BUT today i beat the urge and popped a stick of gum in my pie hole before i made a bad choice. Always keep gum handy!!!

kinda have the same problem my girl friend said costo has tortilla crusted tilapia and marinated salmon in the frozen section thats really yummy and only takes like twenty min. to cook in the oven. Im getting some soon...hope this helps!

I personally love green tea. But for you try using it in place of water when making jello. that way you dont have to drink it yet you get all the green tea benifits in a low cal snack....hope you like jello.

Dont know the exact calories but i tried this once and it was pretty good... Ingredients: 1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/8 ground white pepper (or black if you dont mine the black flecs in the sauce) 21/2 cups skim milk ( i used 2% milk b/c thats what i drink but use what ever you have or like)…

Water is great for so many things. I recently read in a magazine that women especially should drink lots of water because it flushes out toxins that cause celluite! Eeeek!! I recommend a 32oz camelbak waterbottle helps me drink so much more in the day.

I cried too! Such a baby i know. Its just she worked so harded for only 1lb that week shes a strong chic i would have been defeated!
