  • way to go everyone! glad you are feeling better, bluestarlight :) i am down 5.4 lbs since the beginning of the challenge. the group is helping me keep on track, just wish it wasn't so quiet around here... anyone want to add me as a friend so we can keep supporting and encouraging each other?

  • way to go, mooly22! sounds like you have a good plan in place :)
  • today's goals: drink lots of water, eat well, log and stay under calorie goal workout logging each day really helps me and so does checking in with this group, so i'll try to start a daily thread. hoping our mod will be back soon! i miss her positivity!
  • i need to get on this plan as well. things have been spiralling out of control for me... time to start fresh and let the past go.
  • way to go everyone! i've not budged either way this week. doing well with my exercise, will have to try harder with my eating and see if i can make the scale move lower for next week.
  • i'm also sending good luck wishes for the interview! :) today's goal is to get a workout done and be reasonable with what i eat. i need to get some cleaning done, too. the house was impeccable for overnight guests last week but is getting back to it's usual lazy, lived-in state rather quickly! :/
  • i hope your move goes smoothly!!
  • "I (re)started at 206 and weigh 199.5 this morning. My loss of 7 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot of weight. and That will not be the case in a regular basis. .. but I'm so happy to be under 200! " way to go!! one-derland is a great place to be :)
  • since joining this group lost 2 pounds :) thanks for starting up the group, it really helps me to focus on my goal each day and resist the urge to mindlessly eat in the evenings!! keep going everyone - we don't need to be perfect, just keep moving forward and we'll get there!
  • got out to the playground this morning to play with my little guy. it is such a gorgeous day here :) goals for the day: 1. log food and stay within calorie goal 2. do some walking on the treadmill during l.o.'s nap 3. be in a good mood when hubby comes home hope everyone's sunday is going really well!!
  • running, walking and yoga seem to be my faves. i need to find some kind of core strengthening exercise that i enjoy... the c25k program is amazing! my husband runs now, too, after seeing how much i enjoyed it.
  • mini-goals for the day: 1. log food, stay within goal 2. do a workout done :)
  • yay! way to go amy!!!
  • congratulations on reaching onederland!! enjoy it - you've worked hard for it!! :) this is horrible advice. 20 pounds in 4 weeks should be the new goal? ridiculous!
  • i also agree with Yanicka1. rest, eat well, enjoy your baby and if you find yourself making critical remarks or having negative thoughts about your body focus on how amazing your body is. it just created an amazing little human. be kind to yourself :) i started walking with my son last spring, getting him used to the…
  • 1. becoming a runner! (next run will be day 1 of week 8 in the c25k) 2. no longer wearing my maternity clothing (my little boy will be 2 years old soon) 3. smiling when i catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror instead of avoiding reflections 4. pride and confidence
  • amazing!! congratulations!
