It’s not much (literally 1/8 of the way to goal) but this is 11kg worth of progress over 3.5 months. Pretty proud of my consistency.

Hi guys. I'm 3.5 months in and 25lbs down on keto. Loving it! The advantages are so huge - mental clarity, reduced inflammation and, of course, weight loss. My advice is to watch your electrolytes and don't be afraid of fat, which is hard when you're going from low fat mindset.
