Sorry, sorry, sorry. This move has thrown everything out of whack. Name: Coolchick207 WID:Saturday SW: 133.1kg CW: 130.2kg

Food: good Water: too much diet soft drink not enough plain water Exercise: actually made it to aqua Zumba (mostly just to get out of the house) this morning. MIsfit counted 8750 steps but some of those were aqua Zumba. Successes: went to aqua Zumba even though I could have used packing as an excuse. Carbs stayed low.…

Thanks, mate. Woke up feeling a lot better (anti-inflams and physio stretches for the win!). I'm the exact opposite when it comes to tracking - I only really track carbs and don't care about calories. lol. Whatever works, if my motto! =)

Check in (Friday) Still no logging. Next Saturday, the scales should be unpacked. Water: heaps. >2L of water with lemon. Did have diet sprite and Coke Zero. No coffee or tea. Steps: 7120 with night time routine to go. Successes: stayed under 30g of carb. Drank heaps of water. Chose to walk rather than find a closer park…

Check-in (Thurs 3/1/19) Still packing for the move. Mama had a bad night last night so I was up with her at all hours. Still not enough steps, but also not a shameful amount of steps. The weather here where I am is pretty consistently >38 degrees Celsius during the day (100 degrees F) so it's hard to be motivated to do…

Hi guys, I'm CJ from Australia. I am a full-time teacher and permanent carer for both my disabled parents. I was on MFP 5 years ago and reached my low weight of 110kg then, but the stress load got on top of me big time and I gained about 20 kgs in the first two years I was looking after them. Finally found a way of eating…

Feel free to add - I'm a bit of a train wreck but I'm always supportive =)

Dragon coat has been slain!!! After what has been (no exaggeration or word of a lie) the singularly worst year of my life, this was a much needed victory. I nearly cried when I did up the buttons and looked in the mirror and went “Oh. Oh wow. I did it. Through all this, I did it, on my own and fighting every step” and I…

NSV's:* First ever plank - only lasted 10 seconds, but I have a starting point. * Going through a 'manic' phase of my bipolar, and successfully breathing through most of the panic attacks that come as part and parcel of that. * The dragon coat is nearly slain! I reckon another inch off my true waist and it'll be on,…

For the first time in about 4 years, I got ‘carded’ at the liquor store on Saturday. When I went “you’re kidding, right?” (I’m 31, not just annoying about being carded), the cashier scoffed “You must get this all the time”. I could have hugged her, as I’ve been struggling with feeling like I look old and tired lately.…

Three of them today, all related. 1) Didn't go swimming this morning as my back was hurting too badly, so I went this afternoon when it settled instead of just going "I guess I'm not going today". 2) Been swimming twice this week after a year of no exercise. 3) Shaved 5 minutes off Sunday's time for 1km freestyle, from 45…

I went swimming for the first time in nearly a year - 1km of freestyle in 45 minutes. I used to do 3km in an hour!! But it's a new baseline to start from =)

Over the course of the last week or so, I’ve come closer to a complete mental and emotional breakdown than I’ve ever been in my life (I work full time as a teacher and care for both of my disabled parents whenever I’m not at school, one of which continually falls through the gaps in the medical/support system due to a…

As a teacher, I just wanted to give you the BIGGEST shout out. Our PE teachers are forever getting parents asking them “why isn’t my kid hitting their fitness markers in your class?” And they have to find a polite way of saying “Because I see them for 3 hours a week. What are you doing with them?” Your kids are seeing…

Well done, babe! You look awesome (and happier!)

Unfortunately, can confirm. One of my mates is about the fittest person I know (his second job is a fitness instructor) and, as soon as it gets above 25 degrees C, it's sweat-mageddon for him.

It's been a super stressful morning/week/month/year and this morning whilst out shopping, I grabbed a large cafe latte and 3 macarons - that's about a fortnights worth of carbs for this little keto duck (not the NSV, amazingly). The NSV's are actually:* This is the first time I've turned to food for comfort in months. And,…
-
For me it's meant:* No more daily headache * No more 3pm crash * No more knee and joint pain * Weight loss (finally... finally!) * No hunger * No more 'brain fog' * A WOE that I can do indefinitely I'm on keto (when my protein goes too high, I keep most of the benefits but stop losing weight) but I would highly, highly…

I'm down 15.4kg (34lbs) on keto in 5 months. I intermittently fast to break stalls but primarily rely on a 65:30:5 ratio of F:P:C to keep my weight moving downwards. Feel free to add! =)
-
Amazing!!! You are a superstar! =)
-
I'm the same! It's amazingly easy to stick to because cheating isn't worth the discomfort and pain of eating the carbs.
-
5 months, 15.4kg (34lbs) down!

THE GREEN COAT FITS AGAIN!! About 2 years ago, I spent $320 on this amazing calf length, faux fur lined coat that I really couldn’t afford but you don’t understand how much I NEEDED it. It’s sat in my closet, teasing me, ever since because it JUST didn’t fit and I then gained about 15kgs (which I’ve lost, as of this…

You still gots that hip pop! :) B) Well done!!

Congrats on the loss (and the marriage! Mazel Tov!!)

I've been sick for about 7 weeks (this virus, you guys! WTH?). Normally, this is where I fall down in a heap and go "I'll start again when I'm better" and never do. This time, I persisted as best as I could without logging and managed to lose 2kgs. It's a fraction of what I would have lost if I was well (averaging 0.7kg/wk…

After 5 weeks battling the virus from Hell, my best mate dragged my sorry butt out for brunch and retail therapy this morning and, while we were out, she decided I was going to buy some clothes to replace the ones that are now way too big. Tried on 22's. "Not a chance. Next size down, Ceej." 20's... "You'll be in the same…
