One of my friends used to work in a gym as a personal trainer and says that if you hit a plateau you need to push yourself a little harder when it comes to exersize. Even if it's two minutes of very intense exersize that your body is not used to...it will still help. My boss tried it and it helped her...she used to walk…

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. At times like this it's hard to concentrate on your goals. It's ok to have cheat days here and there. Have you tried pilates? I love putting my music on and doing the pilates video. I find it to be very relaxing and the music helps you get into the zone, it may be a good substitute…

Don't be discouraged! The the rate you're losing at is perfect! If you lose too fast, it will come back just as fast. It's best to take it easy.:flowerforyou: :heart: :heart: :heart:

No crying allowed!!! :wink: We all come in different shapes and sizes. And weight is just a number, you also have to look at height and bone structure. If you're the heaviest, that means you will lose the most so there :tongue:

Not a bad 1st day! I definitely had over 10 glasses of water and don't have any weights so I wore a back pack full of cans when I went for my walk :laugh:

I'm sure it's ok as long as you have a small portion. You can also try frozen strawberries or one of those 50 calorie fruit popcicles.
