  • OMG! I don't know where my head's been lol I haven't been able to get on here for a few days and somehow lost count. I thought today was the first day for Level 2 :laugh: Oh, well... Can't believe we're on level 2 already! WE ROCK!!!

  • I use the circuit training, general and log it for 23 minutes. I compared it to the burn showing on my HRM and it was only a few calories off.
  • WTG! You did it! I felt the same way today and felt like I was going to throw up. Be sure to drink lots of water and this will pass before you know it.
