I live in Milwaukie. Very close to SE we totaly should try a Zumba class together. I just need for things at work to slow down...right now I honestly don't have the time. When I'm forced to eat out, I try my best to ask for no cheese or no sause and so on. It makes me feel kind of proud for making that alteration and not as guilty :bigsmile: I would recommend drinking a ton of water to flush that all that sodium out.

Found some really delicious crackers today that are not too bad for you. Blue Diamond Nut Thins...cheddar cheese flavor. mmm mmm good. 16 crackers 130 calories glutten free and I think they only had 3 grams of fat. Good stuff!

I hope you're starting to feel better. Don't push yourself too hard. Sometimes our bodies act tired for a reason and we should listen :happy: Be sure to drink a lot of water I also have not been posting or logging...work...work...work. Wow I can't believe I can now do 20 bent knees push ups! How crazy that a week ago I've only done a few push ups in my whole life. It just goes to show that I can do anything I put my mind to. Love having that kind of power LOL

Just got the push ups out of the way. Was able to do 11 before I buckled today...I feel like I was able to keep a better form this time. I've only done a couple of push ups in my whole life so this is a great challenge. I'm not the type to say "I can't do it" so this is a great push for me. Thanx Mandy!

I heard somewhere (probably Dr. Oz lol) that sometimes people interpret tiredness for hunger. I do run in to the same situation sometimes though...I try to have low cal popsicles in my freezer at all times and gum. Have you tried the desert gum? I don't remember what brand it is but it's amazing! My favorite is key lime…
