  • Don't run every day!! It's not good for your body if you are not used to it! Make sure you stretch after every run, otherwise you will have a build up of lactic acid ( the buring feeling you get).   • I've trained in MMA for about 5 years now. Depending on what you're taking will determin what you are really exercising. Out side of my classes I run and play other sports. If you want to improve your cardio I would suggest running/ walking. Make sure you don't just give up!! You have to keep pushing yourself! Best of luck!
