When you're in mid workout and someone hits on u, and u try not to be rude so u engage in the conversation just for the guy to ramble on and on; then the machine you were doing sets on gets taken and u have no one to blame but yourself because you should've grew some balls told the guy to leave you alone

Parent changing isn't possible, but I thank you for that "useful" piece of advice lol. I will look into bulking, but it seems a bit scary for me. I don't want to gain more belly fat. I was hoping there was some way to gain and lose simultaneously, however based on these answers it doesn't seem possible lol

This is a picture of my body. Idk if it's inappropriate. But I want my midsection smaller. So I deff shouldn't cut calories and just workout? Working out should help reduce fat anyway right?

How much food should I eat? I normally don't eat a whole lot. I'm not a very hungry person.
