I have been having the same problem, you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat so, whilst u may be losing that horrible fat you could be toning muscle therefore tipping the scales, just because you've put on weight doesn't mean that the extra weight is fat. :) okie dokie Good Luck! hope this helps.
