I feel your pain too. Scale controls the ups and downs of my mood. It's my worst enemy in the first two weeks after starting my MFP. I was wondering whether weigh-in every other week works better.

Hi, there. Please add me as well. I'm a newbie on this site. I have 20-25 lbs to lose and tried everything in the past that did not lead to anywhere. My goal is to lose 1 lb a week and reach my ideal weight in six months. I'm so hopeless. :frown:
