Have you tried group exercise you have the motivation of an instructor and you get a huge buzz from otger people doing the class aswell i LOVE body combat and body attack... high impact and the calories come rolling off :)

i go to the gym a hell of a lot at the night time which is great but wen i get back i am so hungry nd i end up binging more often than enough any tips on how i can maybe suppress my appitite at the night time?
