So I'm Vicki had an eating disorder both ways trying to break the habit of binge/starve i want to look good but be healthy at the same time hopefully this will give me the drive and motivation i need :)
i go to the gym a hell of a lot at the night time which is great but wen i get back i am so hungry nd i end up binging more often than enough any tips on how i can maybe suppress my appitite at the night time?
