i go to the gym a hell of a lot at the night time
which is great
but wen i get back i am so hungry nd i end up binging more often than enough
any tips on how i can maybe suppress my appitite at the night time?

    i drink a mug of hot tea, it helps me wind down before bed and fills my tummy!

    I eat soup!
    I'll eat like a can of campbell's tomato soup, its only 200 calories and its so comforting and warm, fills me up too!

    have you tried a slim-fast...thats fills you up...check the different ones
    the one with the highest protein and least calories are:
    Low Carb Meal on a Go
    Low Carb Creamy Chocolate
    Slim-fast Vanilla Shake
    Keep going.. you'll beat those STINK'n BINGES!!!
