  • I completed C25K last year - and I used DJ Beatsmith Podrunner intervals - free and specially designed for the C25K program, fantastic music and signals to get you to speed up /' slow down when needed. I found it really useful - and I am now using their 10K series. Highly recommend them

  • I'm the same height - but looking at 160 ... top end of the healthy BMI .... After that we'll see
  • Diced roast chicken (4oz) with brocolli slaw, drressed with low fat sour cream, a tblspoon of low fat mayo and curry powder 5 ritz crackers water, water and lots of water! Afternoon snack (to come if I need it) - a banana I'm new to this so I hope that works!
