I want to know why someone is making such an issue over having to pay more for GF items at an ASIAN restaurant where many of the dishes are already made with RICE and, therefore, GF in the first place!

I have made this same wonderful discovery about freezing leftover pizza, but my reheating has all been done in the microwave, which is not the best method. Would you please share your reheating instructions using the conventional oven? Thanks!

If I was planning to go back to sleep then I would probably log the snack on Friday. But there really isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to do it since whether you lose, gain, or maintain weight has more to do with averages than anything else!

I don't add extra calories into my daily total, but I do eat fewer calories than MFP recommends to account for things like trace calories and and frozen entrees that likely contain a larger portion than what is stated on the packaging!

I am wondering why there are pasta dishes on what is supposed to be a gluten free menu?!? If I were trying to eat something interesting there that was gluten free and had no concerns about the calorie count (I wish!) then I would probably go for the Shepard's Pie! :smile:

Chicken wings don't have many calories at all as long as they aren't fried, breaded, or doused in a fattening sauce. They are white meat which is less fattening than dark meat, and there is very little meat on a wing to begin with.
