  • Did my first day last night. When I was doing them it was great and I thought I can do more, but this morning... ooohh man I'm already feeling it. This is my first real work out in a while!

  • Thank you all! I think I might do that. Save for another month and go online. When I looked a ****'s it was over $100 and Target wasn't any better. !
  • This happens to me too! I have found that if I give myself one treat every week or twice a week (if i'm having a bad week) then i'm more likely to keep on track longer. My treats are still within my cal goal for the day, just a little sweeter.

  • There are some great ideas here that I will have to try out! Thank you. So another question, last time I was able to keep soda away for a while I was drinking 3ish cups of tea a day. I started to get leg cramps and my doctor told me it was the tea. I stopped drinking tea and went back to soda and the cramps are gone. ..…
