What is your goal per week set at?!?! If it's set to lose 2 pounds a week then mFP is taking 1000 calories off of your "calories to maintain" total - so this is probably what's going on.

Pop Chips are AMAZING!!! And Quaker Rice Chips are awesome too!!! There are also rice crackers in tons of flavors that make a good chip alternative!! Pretzels are pretty decent!! I am a chip addict too.....working on it, but replacing them with these lower calorie options has saved me tons of calories I'm sure!!!!

I LOVE turbo jam and tae bo!!!! You can go as hard or as easy as you want! On each DVD there is someone doing a modified version of the excersises for beginners or people with joint problems!!!!

Go to Check-In at the top of your home page. At the bottom you will find edit previous entries. Then at the bottom of that page it should say add new entry - you can pick your date, and add your previous weight......then your ticker should show your previous weight loss.

I usually have both FB and MFP open on my computer.....ALL DAY LONG LOL!! And as hard as I try not to check it everytime I walk by......I do!! I am easily side tracked especially when the computer is calling my name :) I do find FB kind of boring now b/c I quit all the dumb games I'd been playing for soooooo long awhile…

I used to LOVE brown sugar in my oatmeal - when i started using MFP I still put brown sugar in it, I just actually measured the amount.....then a switched to Cinnamon for awhile and now I've discovered Peanut Butter in my oatmeal! Yep - I would say it's more Kickboxing than anything else. I do Tae Bo and Turbo Jam (quite similar) on a regular basis and I enter Tae Bo under "Tae Bo" and Turbo Jam comes up under kickboxing. I do not have an HRM but on the Turbo Jam website it says you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour. I would say it's pretty close…

Search Tae Bo under excersises and it comes up......or you can use kickboxing - very similar!

Ummmm....b/c I try to be Happy with/love myself at whatever weight I've been at (not always easy but I try) I also don't think being FAT equals being ugly - it's not really fair to put that on every overweight person in the world!! Just my opinion though.

Yep your weight can fluctuate between +1 and +6 pounds A DAY!!!! So pick one day of the week to be your weigh in day and try not to weigh yourself any other days!!! It's hard - I know!!!!!! My weigh in day is Friday and I always weigh in in the morning! I do body tests on Wii Fit and it makes you weigh yourself every time…
