Thank goodness someone else said this. I have never seen a grumpier group of people in my life. This girl was just sharing her feelings, and people are just jumping all over her! Damn it man, some of these types of comments make me want to go binge! (not really, but kinda) I mean wow.

Confession, this weekend we celebrated my sons 16th birthday, for some reason it seemed to make me think I needed to eat 5 mini cupcakes and 2 regular ones and a slice of oreo cheesecake. WTF??? I even remembered to buy jenny o turkey dogs to "save calories" I was sick and miserable afterwards!

As young as you are you should have a better chance of the skin retracting, strength training will help tremndously. COntinue to drink lots of water, and be patient. Then once you hit goal, have a consult with a plastic surgeon and see what they say...You have done a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!

OMGEEEE, there are area specific exercises otherwise we wouldnt have arm day and leg day now can she purposely lose weight in one area, no not really. Can you work certain muscle groups to target problem areas YES! So sick of how everyone attacks people on here!

I always share my "bad" foods so I don't each as much of them. (Its really not to bad except that my hubby cant figure out why he isnt losing weight lol!) I do lower carb, but I love sweet potatoes, and brown rice and quinoa. I love my veggies and fruits. I do not eat alot of bread or oatmeal and stuff.

Im right there with you! But do one small thing at a time, like Crabby said, try giving up one food or drink like sodaor fast food or whatever you feel you go overboard with the most. Then add a little exercise such as 20-30 minutes of walking, or some other thing you enjoy. Take it one day at a time honey. Also figure out…
