Not overdosing on coffee and having water. Especially since I am partial to a sugar in my cuppa, used to be 3!

It used to be like twice a week. Maybe a lunch and a dinner.. Now it happens about once a fortnight. Hope to cut out completely. Last one I had didn't really enjoy and couldn't eat most of it.
