Every day for breakfast I have either cheese and crackers or a protein bar. For lunch at work I almost always have a sandwich with vegetables and fruit. For a bedtime snack I always have a candy bar or ice cream or something sugary.

Those staples have never failed me.

    Typical day-

    -green smoothie
_large, dinner plate sized salad with a sweet potato or sauteed mushrooms
_a whole grain with add ins (brown rice with veggies and mushrooms, oats with nuts and fruit etc).

I don't have a snack every day but when I do it's usually something I've baked-muffin, cookie etc. Yesterday I made a new pumpkin cookie recipe for a school function and had one to test the recipe-pretty awesome tasting :)

I'm not a fan of repetition in my meals, I rarely repeat the same meal twice in the course of three months. That being said, I do eat a great deal of veggies every day in one form or another. I LOVE veggies and would easily be vegetarian if it weren't for my need to cook for the entire household and being unwilling to prepare two separate meals.

I also drink about a gallon of decaf, iced tea every day and have for years.
